What's the difference between the plans?
Free: 1 post/month with 1 edit. Standard ($10/month): 8 posts/month with 3 edits each. Executive ($30/month): 30 posts/month with 5 edits each. All plans include hashtag suggestions and analytics. Paid plans also get priority support.
When will content scheduling be available?
Content scheduling is coming soon! We're working hard to bring you the ability to schedule your posts in advance. This feature will be available to all plans once launched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments through Razorpay. Payments are processed securely and we never store your card/UPI details.
What does 'edit and regenerate' mean?
After generating a post, you can edit and regenerate it to refine the content. Free users get 1 edit per post, Standard users get 3 edits, and Executive users get 5 edits per post.
How secure is my LinkedIn account with LinkPost?
Very secure! We use OAuth 2.0 authentication, meaning we never see or store your LinkedIn password. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're also SOC 2 compliant.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle to ensure you get full value from your current plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, first-time paid subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days if fewer than 3 posts were published via LinkPost. After this period, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.
