By using LinkPost, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Account Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

3. Our Service

LinkPost provides AI-powered LinkedIn content creation tools. We offer:

• Free Plan: 1 AI post per month
• Standard Plan: 8 AI posts per month ($10/month)
• Executive Plan: 30 AI posts per month ($30/month)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post spam or misleading content
• Violate any laws or LinkedIn's terms
• Infringe on others' rights
• Abuse or harass others
• Attempt to hack or damage our service

5. LinkedIn Integration

When you connect LinkedIn:

• We only access what's needed to post on your behalf
• We cannot see your messages or private data
• You can revoke access anytime in LinkedIn settings
• You must follow LinkedIn's terms of service

6. Your Content

• You own all content you create
• You give us permission to store and process it
• You're responsible for what you post
• AI-generated content should be reviewed before posting

7. Payment & Refunds

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Cancel anytime - you'll have access until period ends
• Payments processed securely via Razorpay
• Refunds available within 7 days for first-time subscribers (conditions apply)

8. Termination

• You can cancel your account anytime
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• We may terminate accounts for non-payment
• Data may be deleted 30 days after termination

9. Disclaimers

• Service provided "as is" without warranties
• We're not liable for LinkedIn's actions or outages
• We're not responsible for lost data or profits
• Our liability is limited to fees paid in last 3 months

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes 30 days in advance.
