Cancellation & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your LinkPost subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us.

When you cancel:

  • Subscription remains active until the end of current billing period
  • You retain full access to Pro features until period ends
  • No further charges will be made
  • Account automatically downgrades to free plan
  • Your content and drafts remain accessible

2. Cooling-off Period

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for first-time Pro subscribers.

Eligibility criteria:

  • First paid subscription with LinkPost
  • Request within 7 days of purchase
  • Published fewer than 3 posts during this period
  • Full refund guaranteed if eligible

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Within 7-day cooling-off period (first-time)
  • Charged in error (duplicate, incorrect amount)
  • Service was completely unavailable
  • Critical bugs preventing core functionality
  • Failure to deliver promised features

4. How to Request

To request a refund, email contact@mytechconsult.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Order ID or transaction number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Razorpay payment ID (from receipt email)

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

Once approved:

  • Refunds initiated within 1-2 business days
  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI: 1-3 business days
  • Net banking: 3-5 business days

6. Non-refundable

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewals beyond first billing period
  • Partial month usage
  • Unused features or credits
  • Accounts suspended for violations
  • Promotional credits or discounts
