Cancellation & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellations
You can cancel your LinkPost subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us.
When you cancel:
- Subscription remains active until the end of current billing period
- You retain full access to Pro features until period ends
- No further charges will be made
- Account automatically downgrades to free plan
- Your content and drafts remain accessible
2. Cooling-off Period
We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for first-time Pro subscribers.
Eligibility criteria:
- First paid subscription with LinkPost
- Request within 7 days of purchase
- Published fewer than 3 posts during this period
- Full refund guaranteed if eligible
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Within 7-day cooling-off period (first-time)
- Charged in error (duplicate, incorrect amount)
- Service was completely unavailable
- Critical bugs preventing core functionality
- Failure to deliver promised features
4. How to Request
To request a refund, email contact@mytechconsult.com with:
- Your account email address
- Order ID or transaction number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Razorpay payment ID (from receipt email)
5. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
Once approved:
- Refunds initiated within 1-2 business days
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-7 business days
- UPI: 1-3 business days
- Net banking: 3-5 business days
6. Non-refundable
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Renewals beyond first billing period
- Partial month usage
- Unused features or credits
- Accounts suspended for violations
- Promotional credits or discounts
